Chocolate Bowl - How to

I came across the idea of chocolate bowls the other day & it looked so simple I decided I had to give it a go...

To make 8 you'll need:

Balloons
300g Chocolate
Greaseproof paper

It's SO easy.

Blow up your balloon to about the size of an orange & give it a wash
(none likes balloon flavoured choc!)

Melt about 300g of chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 15
or so seconds

Cover the bottom of your balloon in the melted chocolate

Place on a baking tray covered in greaseproof paper

Place in the fridge for about 15 mins or until chocolate is set

Remove from fridge & place on a piece of kitchen towel

Snip the balloon with a pair of scissors to burst

Carefully pull the balloon away from the chocolate & remove

Fill with yummy things!

Aren't they cute! Think this is going to be my new dessert standard. Why use a regular bowl when you can use one made of chocolate?!
